Marbella Pilates Class

We offer private Pilates classes, specifically adapted to your needs, goals, and interests.

All private Pilates classes are taught at your home/holiday villa, our classes are one hour and all equipment is provided.

Private Pilates Classes Option:

• One-To-One Class (1 hour) 

Private one-to-one Pilates classes are designed to your specific needs and a great way to restore balance, physically and mentally.

• Private Group Class, plus extra person at additional cost (1 hour)

Private group Pilates is all about connecting with your body, feeling whole, and having fun! In addition, you find a deeper sense of peace, interconnectedness, and bonding when you flow with your friends in this way. Group classes are also perfect for pre-wedding bridal parties, birthdays, ladies/men's getaways, and other group events. Minimum of three people.

• Couple Class (1 Hour)

This is a perfect class to share with either your partner or friend. As you learn how to breathe and flow together on the mat through a series of poses, you find greater comfort, ease, and balance in your relationship off the mat. 

• 5 - Day Program Class (1 Hour per day)

This program consists of a one-hour class taught each day for five consecutive days. Each class focuses on a different area of the body and a series of poses. These private Pilates classes aim to educate and bring experience to a wide range of Pilates poses. Classes are taught either one to one or perhaps join with a friend for motivation! Price for one person.
