While visiting Antigua, the Donkey and Stingray Adventures is an experience like no other. It happens at 9 AM every day except Sunday and is open to both children and adults. You’ll be whisked away from your villa to experience wildlife up-close in a tropical paradise. Make sure you bring everything you need, including sun lotion, swimwear, a camera, cash, and a change of clothing.
This exciting excursion takes you to the Donkey Sanctuary, which is a lifelong home for more than 150 at-risk donkeys. You can purchase a T-shirt or contribute to the “Adopt an Antiguan Donkey” program to help raise money for these kind creatures. The tour will move to Wadadli Nature Park, where you can view deer, monkeys, and other farm animals common to the area. The last stop is Stingray City, where you can even swim with the sea creatures. Give them a pet and feed them for an experience you will find nowhere else.
