Our highly attentive and personalized service provides guests all the support and guidance to plan an impeccable getaway.  Isle Blue prides itself on villa and destination expertise in order to provide invaluable advice to our clients.

Before we begin, please take this time to check your passport's expiration date.  If traveling from a non Schengen area please check for Visa requirements.

What to Expect From our Concierge Service

Once a villa reservation is confirmed by deposit, your personal concierge will send a welcome invitation to initiate your vacation planning at your desired convenience.  A questionnaire will be sent to you to obtain details of you desires and to begin the planning process.

Pre-Planning stage

Your concierge will assist with your vacation planning from setting up activities and excursions, rental cars, airport transfers, restaurant suggestions and arrival logistics. We offer a complimentary reservation process for our clients. The services we offer for the British Virgin Islands are:

The Arrival

Isle Blue will assist with your arrival details and coordinate your arrival with pertinent parties.  Upon arrival, guests will have a brief villa orientation and key exchange and all important contact details will be provided.  Depending on the villa, pre-stocking may be available.  Your concierge will be delighted to assist.

For your arrival, we highly recommend to all our guests to ensure the following:

Keep us updated with your flight and/or ferry arrival information.

Have a compatible cell phone available in case there are delays, issues with customs or other unforeseen problems.

Have your final itinerary handy with the property address and phone number. The customs form requires an address and phone number. This information is included in your final itinerary.

If there are any problems at your villa, please contact the property management company. If your problem is not addressed, please contact Isle Blue.
