When the brisk mountain air sends you searching for warmer quarters, you will find that the sizeable living space is attractively appointed in soft creams and beiges. The mid-century modern accents combine nicely with the view of the rugged summits spilling in from the windows on all sides. Thaw out your toes next to the wood-burning stove after a long day of skiing and playing in the snowdrifts. The large dining rectangular dining table seats eight, and it is the perfect place to congregate to discuss your plans for the next day or play a game of cards.
The substantial kitchen is fully equipped to help you prepare meals for your friends and family. You will find a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a microwave to help with the food prep. The home-like bedrooms will keep everyone comfortable. Two contain plush double beds, one has bunk beds, and the fourth room has two single beds. All have attached ensuites for your convenience
No comfort has been overlooked at Keystone C04! The housekeeper will be by once per week to make sure things are stocked and cleaned. You will have Wi-Fi and satellite TV at your disposal. Plus, you will find an elevator for getting your luggage to your rental with ease.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 46 days prior to arrival, US$350.00 is forfeited. For cancellation between 45 to 21 days of arrival, 30% of gross rental is forfeited. For cancellation between 20 to 8 days of arrival, 80% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 7 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
