The sleek kitchen is fully loaded with the cutlery and cookery that you need to prepare your meals. There are plenty of conveniences as well such as a coffee maker, tea kettle, and microwave.
The four bedrooms are spread between the two levels and decked out in comforting neutral tones. Three are on the first floor all fitted with soft double beds and luxurious linens. The second floor has a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed for extra sleeping space. All of the rooms have an attached spa-quality bathroom and a TV for your convenience.
The chores will be attended to daily, except Sunday, by the housekeeping staff. They will make sure that all of the rooms are tidy and that there are plenty of clean towels on hand. Every morning, a complimentary continental breakfast will be supplied for you to enjoy. Other little perks include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and secured parking.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 46 days prior to arrival, US$350.00 is forfeited. For cancellation between 45 to 21 days of arrival, 30% of gross rental is forfeited. For cancellation between 20 to 8 days of arrival, 80% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 7 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
