Chalet Valentine Meribel, France. Boasting seven bedrooms, an incredible private spa and every luxury toy you could wish for, Chalet Valentine is a stunning new alpine residence in the exclusive Belvédère area of Méribel.

Chalet Valentine has been completely renovated and extended in time for the 2016/17 winter season. Sleeping 14 people in seven bedrooms, this spacious chalet offers high-end design and beautiful furnishings combined with an authentic alpine finish.

You enter the chalet on the ground floor where you will find the spacious ski room and garage. There is a lift running through the property (excluding the top floor).

The first floor is home to the incredible private spa and wellness area. Be rest assured you will feel calm and relaxed after your stay in Chalet Valentine. The spa has a wonderful hammam and after skiing the host can arrange a professional massage in the peace and privacy of your own treatment room.

Moving outside onto the terraces there is outdoor hot tub, barrel sauna and plunge pool. Also on this floor is the cinema room which has Apple TV, a DVD library, French, Russian and UK satellite TV. There is a games room with table football. The chalet is fully wired with an integrated audio system in all the communal areas.

There are two twin/double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and one with an en-suite bath and separate shower room. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious terrace with hot tub and stairs leading up to the barrel sauna and plunge pool.

Also on this floor is a laundry room and the staff apartment where two members of staff are in residence.

Moving upstairs to the second floor, you will find the main living and dining areas. The large open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows which look out onto breathtaking views of the majestic mountains in the distance.

Outside on the spacious terrace there is a fire pit, perfect for enjoying toasted marshmallows and mugs of hot chocolate after skiing. In the warmer, spring months watch the sunset in the early evening with a glass of champagne. The kitchen is next to the dining area and is closed off to ensure maximum privacy for the guests. There is also a double bedroom on with en-suite shower room on this floor.

The third floor has a wonderful family suite with one twin/double bedroom and one bunk bedroom which both share an en-suite bathroom. This is also where the master bedroom is, with en-suite bathroom, private balcony and TV. An open plan mezzanine with library looks over the main living floor.
The top floor is home to one twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony.

This beautiful seven-bedroom chalet is located only 100 metres from the piste, with the Le Rhodos lift station only a short ski away.

There is one indoor and one outdoor parking spaces with the property.

The chalet is normally provided with a dedicated driving service from 8:00am – 1:00am when the property is taken on a fully catered basis. The chalet can also be sold on a self-catered basis.

Rates include: Dedicated chef service for daily breakfast and afternoon tea, four-course-dinner and pre-dinner canapés served with Champagne on 6 evenings (early dinner for children), finest election of house wine with dinner, beer and soft drinks, twice daily housekeeping services with a mid-week bed, bath and pool linen change, turndown service on 6 evenings per week, in resort 24/7 chauffeured van, chalet manager and host(s). In season, complimentary ski instructor for the first two days of your stay.

Bedroom 1: Top floor bedroom with two single beds, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, double vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

Bedroom 2: Third floor Master bedroom with a double bed, TV, desk, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, double vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

Bedroom 3: Third floor bedroom with bunk beds, access to balcony and shared bathroom (with bedroom 4) with bathtub, double vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

Bedroom 4: Third floor bedroom with a double bed (can be made up as two singles upon request) and shared bathroom (with bedroom 3) with bathtub, double vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In late 2018, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

"The villa was magnificent. The view, amenities, location were all fantastic. The salt-water pool was a key reason for our stay there, and it worked out really well. The only small negative was that the villa to the north of us had a pretty clear view of our whole pool/dining area. It was definitely not quite as private as we had hoped, but that did not materially affect our enjoyment of the place. The service we got was great - Kate and the others at SMB were extremely helpful in our villa selection and throughout the whole process. The preparatory materials were helpful as were the concierge services. "
