Set on the famous Route de Medran in the heart of Verbier, and minutes from the Medran lift station, the No. 5 Penthouse offers an amazing option for your next ski holiday. Located in the unforgettably appealing No.5 complex, on the site of the old Garbos Hotel in the heart of town, it is a relatively new property offering access to great amenities in a wonderful locale.
While visitors to the apartment-style chalet will enjoy the use of the complex's spa which has fitness center, sauna and classic Hammam, they get also have the use of a fully-equipped ski room and an underground garage, along with the services of a concierge and chalet manager along with daily housekeeping. Guests may self-cater, but catering options include a chef, chauffeur driven vehicle, and more.
Set on the top floor, the penthouse offers a large and private balcony with outdoor hot tub, four bedrooms, and world-class décor. You may not feel you are in an apartment at all thanks to the classic high ceilinged great room. Here, a large fireplace is flanked by a bevy of luxurious furnishings and it all gazes out towards the enormous balcony and the views. The great room also features a stylish dining suite and a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen. There is also a TV snug hidden away in the flat too.
The same elegant chalet-style is part of the four bedrooms as well. The master suite opens to the balcony and has its own fireplace as well as a large, ensuite bath. There is a children's bunk room, and two dual-twin suites, one of which shares a bath with the bunk room.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed, fireplace and en-suite bathroom. 2 guests maximum.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two twin beds and shared en-suite shower room. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 4: Bedroom with childrens bunk beds and shared en-suite shower room. 2 guests maximum.
From the 1st of April 2021 onwards if the Client must cancel their booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE the Clients will have the following options:
- a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone their reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
- b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services costs) e.g. if the value of the original booking was 10,000 for a March week and the Clients wish to book the Christmas week which is 20,000 the Clients would be required to pay the balance.
- c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services and excludes any 3rd party services).
- d) The client can also decide to receive a cash refund for their booking if the balance payment has been received. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
