Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- The service provider desk is located at the Arrivals Lobby. After leaving customs with your luggage, you will enter the Arrivals Lobby, where all the stations are numbered from 1 to 21. Find the provider's name at desk #18. Please check in here for your waiting transport.
- If you are using the Club Mobay VIP Express Service, you will be met on arrival by a Club Mobay Representative with a name sign. Please inform them which transfer company you are using. They will then inform us and our representative will meet you in the VIP Lounge for check-in and escort you to your waiting transport whenever you are ready to go.
Additional Notes:
Arrivals that take place or are completed between midnight and 6:00 am, will incur a supplemental cost of 50% of the contracted fast track rate.
Luggage Allowance: 1 Suitcase + 1 hand luggage per person. If baggage allowance is exceeded, please make sure to book vehicle for larger group.
When Round Trip transfer is booked, the return transfer will be automatically scheduled for noon (time of check out). If you would like a late check out, please contact [email protected] to see if it is possible.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
