Before we begin, please take this time to check your passport's expiration date. If traveling from a non Schengen area please check for Visa requirements.
Once a villa reservation is confirmed by deposit, your personal concierge will send a welcome invitation to initiate your vacation planning at your desired convenience. A questionnaire will be sent to you to obtain details of you desires and to begin the planning process. In addition a personal villa folder will be mailed to you.

Isle Blue will assist with your arrival details and coordinate your arrival with pertinent parties. Guests have two options. The recommended option is to arrange an airport pickup with our drivers (additional charge) that will take you to the villa and notify the villa’s staff of your impending arrival for a proper welcome. The second option is to pick up your rental car at the airport and follow the directions to your accommodation.
For your arrival, we highly recommend to all our guests to ensure the following:
Keep our concierge service updated with your flight arrival information. Notify us of any delays or missed flights.
Have a Europe cellular compatible mobile phone to allow immediate communications with our support staff for urgent updates or problems.
Retain your villa folder on your person to have access to property address and contact numbers for Customs Forms. The Custom forms will require address and phone number of the property you will be residing at. The information is enclosed in your villa folder.
