- Meeting instructions: There will be a person waiting at The Kay Beach Club - is a beach club located at Akumal. If the guests would like to eat at the beach club and stay for longer time, they can.

Booking Policy Full payment is required at reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 50% of final payment fee if canceled 10 days or more prior to date. No refund if cancelled less than 10 days prior to a booked tour.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
