Provence Market Days & Tours

Everyday is a market day in Provence. Markets come in all size and shapes and should be experienced to gain a true sense of Provence. The markets are filled with the vibrant colors of fruit and vegetables complemented by the savoring smells of herbs, spices, and honey. Fill your picnic basket with fresh breads, local jams, varied cheese and roasted poultries and make way to your own secret garden or hidden nook.

Farmers markets known as “Marché Paysan du Luberon” are famous for local and fresh products and include vegetables, fruits, meates, breads, cheeses, cakes and herbs from local specialists. The market can be found on Monday mornings in Lauris from May to December, on Tuesday morning in Apt, on Wednesday morning in Pertuis, on Thursday morning in La Tour D’Aigue (only in July and August.
On the weekend, the market takes place on Saturday morning in Cadenet and in Pertuis. For Sunday morning, Coustellet and Saint Martin de la Brasque host the markets.
