Arrival Instructions / What to Bring: As soon as you leave the customer service exit, you will see all the agencies on the left hand side and there will be a person waiting for you holding a sign with your name. There is only one exit line. It is important to contact only the person who has the sign with your name.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 50% of final payment fee if canceled 10 days or more prior to date. No refund if cancelled less than 10 days prior to a booked tour.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
