Surf spots:

• The Galion - The spot is ideal for a surf initiation with just a few hours of courses. It also welcomes young club champions during their training.
• Tintamarre - One o the most beautiful surf spots. Accessible by boat only.
• Le Bowl - The most beautiful line of St. Martin is on the eastern part of the island, a little above the Galion spot. The Bowl wave breaks over 200 m on the best days. A magical spot with little traffic but which does not work all year round and not very often. A break point accessible by boat or by the coast. Beware, only advanced level, the wave is powerful and hollow.
• Guana Bay - Guana Bay is a very exposed beach for surfing on the east coast and it is yet very little frequented. The land winds blow from the west. Most waves are bottom waves and the best direction of the swell is from the east. The waves break on the left and on the right of the beach. Watch out for surfing cays which can be dangerous.
• Beacon Hill - This spot is also located on the Dutch side between Simpson Bay and Maho in the south of the island. The waves stand out for their power. It definitively is one of the best spots for good surfers. But beware of the many reefs that make the place dangerous if you are not vigilant.
• Mullet Bay - The fabulous Beach Break at Mullet Bay, located on the Dutch side of the island. The powerful and hollow right and left of the spot, offer physical and committed surfing, body board and skim board conditions, reserved for advanced levels.The spot operates by swell from the North | West sector. A real wave pool with crystal clear waters.
• Cupecoy - Located on the Dutch side near Mullet Bay, this spot is a powerful, hollow and sometimes tubular point break. It works by swell from North | West. A wave reserved to the most advanced.
• Plum Bay - Plum Bay offers a wave easy to access for beginners, intermediate and advanced. The spot works by swell from the North sector | North | West. An ideal wave for the practice of long board and stand-up paddle with easy launching.
• Anse des Peres - This spot is located between Marigot and Friar’s Bay and it is not the most famous of St. Martin’s spots, but trying it is adopting it! A good experience of surfing is however necessary to appreciate it; connoisseurs are not mistaken.
• Wilderness - A wave rather easy to access, but watch out for the launch on the reef and the very numerous sea urchins on the edge. Don't forget to bring water!
• Grandes Cayes - The surf forecast for Grandes Cayes relates to waters near the coast. The breaking waves will often be smaller in less exposed places.
