The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a wine fridge. The breakfast bar seats 5 comfortably and is the perfect spot for entertaining friends and family alike. In addition, there is also a spacious 8-person dining area. A cozy family room with a flat-screen TV is just off the kitchen and also features stunning views. For all your entertainment needs, the lower level of the home features a media room complete with its own gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, entertainment system, and pool table. When entering the home on the main level, there is a spacious mudroom for all your equipment storage. Kadenwood 2939 offers an outdoor hot tub found on the lower level in a private forested setting.

As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted during the hours 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles and workers.
