This is why the Villa Solaire Standard is the environmentally friendly traveler's ideal find. Set on an astonishingly beautiful area of Anguilla, and overlooking Lockrum Bay, it was constructed of green materials that include stone and wood, and offers you private beach access and an idyllic retreat.

From your wooden deck, recline on the sun beds and enjoy the views of the islands in the distance and the sea just below. Stroll down to the beach and enjoy time in the beach chairs as you toast another sunset or sip coffee at sunrise.

Back inside your villa, your great room provides you with an open air living room that allows you to savor the breezes even if you are spending a bit of time catching up on TV. The great room features the living room with entertainment system, a small dining table, and the breakfast bar that opens directly into your compact and yet comprehensive kitchen. Concrete countertops, a wine cooler, and the latest appliances make it a cutting edge and appealing space to prepare meals and snacks.

The two bedrooms are also private retreats. Designed to provide you with the utmost luxury and privacy, they feature sea views and king beds. They are decorated in neutral hues but are accented with bursts of appealing sea blue and turquoise. The ensuite bathrooms are each equipped with a fantastic outdoor shower that allows you to savor the skies and the sounds of the sea.

Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In late 2018, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.

A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer is typically available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

The villa isn't the biggest one out there but its setup of it seems to be practical and efficient the location of it also is very nice it's kind split into the middle of the south side of the island right near the blowing point ferry terminal so if your looking for a place to be right in the middle this is it. I loved the location amazing views of st martin and the sea , it was very windy while were there blowing point is known to be windy from the start so extra windy days it can be a lot so keep that in mind . I found it fine for kids or a small family it's got two beds and two baths both very nice ! , i also loved the deor in the villa. the plunge pool was good we spent most of the time in there, the beach area was also great not huge but large enough with chairs and umbrellas . The area only has a few villas so your never really with a lot of people . the staff were very nice and the villa was always clean . We will be back for sure .

Villa was perfect. My husband & I were not disappointed in our villa and I don't know how you could be. It it clean and new and the space is well layed out. I loved how you were able to pull back the window/doors surrounding the living room which opens up to the pool deck. Every day of our visit I spent the morning enjoying breakfast made from our well stocked kitchen and soaking up the sun and enjoying our private pool. There is a bonus of a small private beach below these villas but note the ocean here is a bit rocky but nothing could disappoint me about this place. My husband & I were hooked on the outdoor showers, this was so perfect. Also cannot say enough about the staff at the villa, from the landscaper to the house maintenance crew. They were never intrusive and so friendly and were great at their job. Highly recommend this villa for stay in Anguilla and we would definitely not hesitate in returning. It was a difficult day to leave.

We were lucky enough to spend some time at Solaire during our recent trip to Anguilla.

These villas are absolutely spectacular. No expense was spared with the construction and design of these beautiful villas.

Each villa has breathtaking views of the ocean and St. Martin. The deck and pool area in each villa are absolutely amazing. Even with the private beach just steps away, we spent hours soaking in the pool and relaxing in the sun.

The interior decor in villas is beautiful--very spacious, open floor plans with plenty of windows to let the sun in and make sure you don't forget the beautiful Caribbean views. We slept with the bedroom sliding glass doors wide open to let in the breeze and the sounds of the ocean.

And the staff was nothing short of amazing. They are the consummate hosts and are always available to make sure your stay is perfect.

I have been to many Caribbean islands and have stayed at some very nice places. But Anguilla and Solaire are by far my favorite. We can't wait to return!

My friends and I stayed at Solaire for the week and we all had the most amazing experience! The villas are pristine and the staff is extremely friendly! The villas are in a gorgeous location. It is very quiet so we felt like the only people there which was amazing. The kitchen and bedrooms were amazing. Nothing better than waking up in the morning and seeing paradise outside your door! I wish I had taken more pictures but I had such a great time that I didn't even think about using my phone! Can't wait to stay at Solaire again!
