The four-bedroom villa sits on its own private dock in Jolly Harbour. A noted, deep water site, it offers a 20k pound boat lift and two 1k pound Jet-Ski lifts in addition to the villa itself.
A truly luxury setting, the villa features an elegant pool terrace that is dotted with outdoor dining and sunbathing areas. There is also the Jacuzzi tub and a separate outdoor living room as well as a full-sized barbecue and outdoor kitchen space. The covered terrace features several dining areas and a full-sized living room, and there is also a stunning rooftop terrace to enjoy.
Inside the villa, there is a media room with oversized lounge chairs, and the great room opens to the kitchen. This features a breakfast bar with a fully-equipped kitchen that includes marble countertops and top of the line appliances.
The four bedrooms of this villa have been designed to optimize the scenery and to be private little retreats of their own. The master bedroom is a king suite with large, private bath and sea views. Two other suites are king size and also feature ensuite baths. The final suite is a queen suite with ensuite bath.
