Villa Barracuda B7 Antigua. Located directly along the sands of Antigua, the Villa Barracuda B7 is part of the stunning Tamarind Hills property. Just 15 minutes by car to the island's capital of St. Johns, the four-bedroom villa is also near to English Harbour, a natural rainforest. The Jolly Harbour Marina is also nearby and answers every possible need.

The villa itself could easily provide you with the ultimate getaway as it sits directly on the sands and is designed with stunning contemporary style. Your private terraces feature Asian-inspired décor that is minimalist and yet utterly comfortable. Sunbathe, swim in your private, infinity edge pool, bask on the sun bed or dine al fresco as you gaze out to sea.

The interior is a perfect match and offers an open floor plan great room with a stylish and sleek, gourmet kitchen equipped with the very best appliances and gear. A breakfast bar opens into the large living room, where banks of glass capture the surrounding gardens and views of the sea just outside. The four bedrooms are divided between the two levels of the property and include one ground floor king suite with terrace.   • Cancellation Policy: General Cancellation policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 is forfeited. For cancellation between 60 to 30 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. For cancellation within 29 days to arrival, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Holiday Cancellation policy: For cancellations greater than 91 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 is forfeited. For cancellation within 90 days to arrival, 100% of gross rental is forfeited.

For new bookings with travel dates from December 1, 2020 to December 16, 2021, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows : 
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, US$250.00 administration fee will be forfeited. 
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.

For new bookings with travel dates from December 17, 2021 onwards, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows : 
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, US$250.00 administration fee will be forfeited. 
~ If guests cancel the reservation between 30 and 14 days prior to the arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate will be forfeited. 
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Antigua government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Antigua that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Antigua must exist.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

We had an amazing time after everyone made it to the island.

Barracuda 7 had a much better equipped kitchen & larger pool & direct access to beach. Bancroft was most helpful. We had an all day snorkeling trip on Adventure Antigua which was awesome. We did hiking & drove to several different beaches & snorkeled. We cooked most of our evening meals at the condos & breakfast. It was a totally incredible family experience.

Thank you so much for finding us something affordable. We love you to the moon & back!!

Villa B7 is truly amazing -- spacious, clean, lovely pool, gorgeous views, convenient to all -- food shopping, beaches, restaurants, catamarans, jet skis, etc. We were 7 adults and a baby -- the Villa proved to be simply perfect for our needs. We had all the comforts of home. Huw and T'Sa went out of their way to be so helpful -- from pre-arrival grocery shopping, taxis, restaurants and activities suggestions, etc. One couldn't ask for anything more. No one wanted to leave.... we hope to return soon! We found Paradise in Antigua!!

It's not just about views, the location, the maintenance, the comforts, and the safety are all top notch. We feel like we came back completely spoiled and it will be very hard for us to plan our future vacations to match the level of overwhelming joy we experienced at Tamarind Hills. We went as four families and rented B7 & B8 which are right next to each other and you can easily walk to each building from the pool level.

These two are the perfect buildings to rent if you want large pools.We stayed in B7 which has a large dinning table setup at the pool, and B7 also has a huge open lounge area to sit and relax in garden environment next to pool. There is a huge sectional there and also a huge hammock under covered shade which fits 3 adults. We didn't feel like getting to any beach as this setup is excellent. The bedrooms and beds are very spacious and comfortable. we used kitchen and laundry extensively and all appliances are top notch and well maintained. We had dishwasher that didn't work but we didn't let that effect our stay. We just used hands to wash. Also, the AC didn't work on the main living area but they temporarily put fans and it didn't feel bad. Anyway, we hardly sat inside the house.

The beach in front of the property looks ridiculously beautiful and clear. You just have to work hard to get into the sandy part initially as there are lot of rocks. Once you get past that it's only waist high deep after and we were able to walk in shallow clear water to both Darkwood beach and Ffryers beach. Both beaches are easily some of the best we say.

In B7 the basement has a separate bedroom and living space and bathroom. In B8 you have one huge hall with ping-pong table, Foose ball table, and full batch and a bed in the open hall.

Bottomline, we came back from Antigua thinking we should just keep going back to Tamarind Hills for all our Caribbean vacations. This place is too unreal and will discourage you from leaving the property.

rfus was very responsive to any email I sent her. Other than that, we hardly get to see any one which is a good thing as it felt like we are living at our own house while we were there. We rented a car and there are several restaurants and huge grocery story in 5-10 minutes drive.

Isle Blue was so easy to work with especially trying to book from the United States. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our concierge‘s Mehdi was on point for anything we needed, reservations, suggestions on where to go and booking excursions. We will definitely be making our stay at Mirabelle Villa a yearly trip!

The Villa was more like a compound, it was extravagant with the best views you could imagine. We felt safe and at home, thanks to the amazing staff we were provided! Dania The housekeeper was amazing and our concierge‘s Mehdi couldn’t have been any better!

I loved staying in Mille Fleurs. I only have positive things to say about it. First of all, the house and the view are absolutely stunning! I couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. They had everything that you could possibly need. Heather, who cleans and takes care of the house, knows most everything and does an amazing job! We also enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood. It’s a great workout with all of the hills! I do hope to return one day…I miss the house snd the view already!

We had a fabulous time in a fabulous house. Everyone involved was so helpful and great from beginning to end! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Isle Blue's Villa Capri was absolutely perfect! The villa was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos online - it was super clean and included everything you could need on vacation: fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, bluetooth speaker, pool floats, a kayak, paddle board, a gas grill, wifi - the list goes on! We woke up to the stunning views of the turquoise water each morning right from our bed - what a view! You can quickly walk down to the beach via a short path of stones shaped like sand dollars which was so cute. The bay feels mostly private but there are a few beach vendors towards the far end where we were able to grab a quick bite and a drink - including fresh coconut drinks that are made right in front of us! We ventured to a few other beaches (Grace Bay and Blue Hills) and each time we came back to Sapodilla Bay, it reminded us how much we loved this little slice of paradise. Julian was our house manager and he was extremely helpful from the moment we landed at the airport. We felt so welcomed by the Isle Blue staff which was refreshing as our travel experience had been pretty hectic. I highly recommend booking your next stay with Isle Blue!
