The lower level's terrace offers up an infinity edge pool, an al fresco dining and cooking terrace, and floor to ceiling glass windows that gaze out on it all. Step inside and the modern décor captures the amazing light from just outside thanks to the pale palette and beautiful terrazzo floors. There is a large living room, a dining space and the premium, gourmet kitchen.
The bedroom suites are just as luxurious and are located on the upper floor. The master suite has a terrace, a large private bath and a sitting area. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a terrace and private bath as well.

Covid-19 : Modified Payment Policy
For new bookings with travel dates up until 31 August 2020, the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Covid-19 : Modified Cancellation Policy
For new bookings with travel dates up to 30 November 2020, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the Gross Rental will be refunded.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited. Unless it is due to certified COVID reasons, where they would extend a voucher for the full amount paid for future use. COVID reasons include but are not limited to closing airports on either end, airline cancellations, certified sickness...
For new bookings with travel dates from 1st December 2020 onwards, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival (more than 60 days from 17th December to 6th January), 50% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date ( within 59 days from 17th December to 6th January), 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
For new bookings with travel dates till 15 December 2020 please note that travelers are advised to get travel insurance to cover unforeseen issues.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Antigua government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Antigua that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Antigua must exist.

I am not sure where to begin! First let me say the photos don't do this place justice! They're close but it is so much more, it is just purely beautiful! It's really is striking! The Villa itself has everything you need! And, with the plunge pool, pocket doors it's an amazing indoor/outdoor experience! The staff were extremely helpful and pretty much will guide you to all the wonderful local spots! But in all honesty everything you need and want is truly 10 mins either direction! The beaches, food market, restaurants are very close if you choose to stay on this side of the island. I choose to rent a car and may not do that upon return. There is a host of cabs available and Tamarind Hills can give you information as to whom to call. I cannot wait to get back! This will be my go to vacation! Thanks again Gillian for everything!
