Villa Ocean O3 Antigua. Sitting above what many describe as one of the best beaches in the world, Ffryes Beach on Antigua, is the utterly charming Villa Ocean O3. This luxury apartment-style property offers two impressive bedrooms, an abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces, and all within those amazing sea and beach views. Part of the Tamarind Hills property, it is but a short distance from the capital city of St. John's and minutes from the shops, services and dining of Jolly Harbour Marina. Of course, the resort offers such premium amenities that you may never want to leave.

When done spending time on the grounds, your two-story villa awaits. It features wrap around terraces on both levels. The lower level's terrace offers up an infinity edge pool, an al fresco dining and cooking terrace, and floor to ceiling glass windows that gaze out on it all. Step inside and the modern décor captures the amazing light from just outside thanks to the pale palette and beautiful terrazzo floors. There is a large living room, a dining space and the premium, gourmet kitchen.

The bedroom suites are just as luxurious and are located on the upper floor. The master suite has a terrace, a large private bath and a sitting area. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a terrace and private bath as well.

  • Cancellation Policy: General Cancellation policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 is forfeited. For cancellation between 60 to 30 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. For cancellation 29 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Holiday Cancellation policy: For cancellations greater than 91 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 is forfeited. For cancellation between 90 to 30 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. For cancellation 29 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited.

For new bookings with travel dates from December 1, 2020 to December 16, 2021, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows : 
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, US$250.00 administration fee will be forfeited. 
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.

For new bookings with travel dates from December 17, 2021 onwards, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows : 
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, US$250.00 administration fee will be forfeited. 
~ If guests cancel the reservation between 30 and 14 days prior to the arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate will be forfeited. 
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Antigua government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Antigua that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Antigua must exist.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

I am not sure where to begin! First let me say the photos don't do this place justice! They're close but it is so much more, it is just purely beautiful! It's really is striking! The Villa itself has everything you need! And, with the plunge pool, pocket doors it's an amazing indoor/outdoor experience! The staff were extremely helpful and pretty much will guide you to all the wonderful local spots! But in all honesty everything you need and want is truly 10 mins either direction! The beaches, food market, restaurants are very close if you choose to stay on this side of the island. I choose to rent a car and may not do that upon return. There is a host of cabs available and Tamarind Hills can give you information as to whom to call. I cannot wait to get back! This will be my go to vacation! Thanks again Gillian for everything! Well done, Tamarind Hills!

Isle Blue was so easy to work with especially trying to book from the United States. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our concierge‘s Mehdi was on point for anything we needed, reservations, suggestions on where to go and booking excursions. We will definitely be making our stay at Mirabelle Villa a yearly trip!

The Villa was more like a compound, it was extravagant with the best views you could imagine. We felt safe and at home, thanks to the amazing staff we were provided! Dania The housekeeper was amazing and our concierge‘s Mehdi couldn’t have been any better!

Great staff, easy to contact and timely correspondence.

This was our second stay at Happy Bay Villa, but our first since the post-Irma update it has undergone. The interior and accents are very nice and the expansion to the kitchen was very well done. All bedrooms are well appointed and extremely comfortable with both new beds and new AC units. You can’t beat the location on Mont Choicy, as it is close to multiple dining options, a harbor to charter boats, and beaches to suit either those that want a crowd and action, to those that want seclusion. To make this perfect vacation villa really shine, was the service we received from Lydia, our house keeper and our amazing Villa Concierge, Axel. Always quick to respond to any questions we had, Axel was just a phone call or text away. I must say, his suggestion to bring a nurse to our villa to administer the PCR test for our entire party was genius. It sure beat standing in a hot line at the airport, wondering if we were going to miss our flights back home. We love St Martin and all that it has to offer…and when you have such friendly, professional, and genuine staff running your operation, it is an unbeatable combination for success. Bravo, Isle Blue!

The Villa was 5 star. Very well appointed. Great layout. Awesome decor. Very clean. First class all the way.
The staff was awesome. Starting with the concierge in the US (Mary), to the local concierge (Medhi), housekeeping, drivers, Fabulous Feast personnel ( chef Tomas and waitress Charlotte). Just can’t say enough.

Restaurant Recommendations: Bistrot Caribes was awesome. Others like Ocean 82, Rainbow Cafe were also great.
Activity Recommendations: Xisle boat charters was great. Fabulous Feast are incredible
