Your three bedrooms are divided between upper and lower floors, with the master suite on the first floor. With a massive, private terrace, it is a delight. One of the lower level can be king or dual twin suite, and all three have large, private baths.
Just a short distance, by car, from the capital city of St. John's the Villa Searay B3 is also moments from Jolly Harbour Marina, with its full services and fun shops. English Harbour is also a short distance away, though you may find everything you want for an unforgettable Antigua holiday right on the premises.

Covid-19 : Modified Payment Policy
For new bookings with travel dates up until 31 August 2020, the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Covid-19 : Modified Cancellation Policy
For new bookings with travel dates up to 30 November 2020, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the Gross Rental will be refunded.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited. Unless it is due to certified COVID reasons, where they would extend a voucher for the full amount paid for future use. COVID reasons include but are not limited to closing airports on either end, airline cancellations, certified sickness...
For new bookings with travel dates from 1st December 2020 onwards, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival (more than 60 days from 17th December to 6th January), 50% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date ( within 59 days from 17th December to 6th January), 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited
For new bookings with travel dates till 15 December 2020 please note that travelers are advised to get travel insurance to cover unforeseen issues.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Antigua government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Antigua that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Antigua must exist.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tamarind Hills and hope to return soon! The unit was fantastic and we found the location to be extraordinary. The local property manager was excellent. I can’t remember his name right now but he organized s chef for us one night and it was a fantastic experience. The views from the condo were extraordinary and the furnishings were excellent.
Cannot be faulted this superb accommodation made our holiday so relaxing and pleasant. With easy access to a large variety of beaches and eateries of differing prices we loved every minute.
We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. The place was modern, clean, comfortable, and had abreath view. We enjoyed being able to sit on the patio by our own infinity pool steps from the Caribbean.
As for the location we found it perfect. There are excellent restaurants within a short drive along with many beautiful beaches.
You would have to work really hard to find something about this rental that isn't great.
Amazing accommodations!!!! Gillian was great offering fantastic suggestions for dining and private chef. The beaches and water were beautiful. The only things that was a surprise was the cost of food when dining and at the grocery. Find out where to shop the local markets.
This was the perfect location for an anniversary trip with two couples. The house was wonderful and the views were breath taking. Luxury, relaxing, comfortable, private … the perfect getaway.
