With its non-stop sea views, scenery and sea breezes, it is a destination on its own, and it boasts a rather surprising list of world-class amenities and privileges.
It is continually described as an ideal choice for families, professionals or those eager to savor a quiet getaway, and this villa is part of the Condominiums at Palm Beach. Offering an idyllic beachfront setting close to all of the finest dining, sightseeing, shopping and action Barbados has to offer, it also features direct beach access, concierge services, large and private grounds, a large pool area, and a fitness room.
Yet, from the moment you enter this airy and spacious villa, you may be loathe to leave. Many visitors find themselves endlessly drawn to the terrace. Shaded from the sun, it is furnished as an outdoor living space with formal dining suite, oversized banquette sofa and sitting area. It looks out on stunning scenery and is a true delight at all hours.
The living room is just as appealing and features comfortable and stylish seating as well as an entertainment system. Nearby, the breakfast bar opens into the large and well appointed kitchen. Featuring gourmet appliances, it would satisfy even a professional. The two bedrooms are done in an airy palette of sand and cream and include an enormous master suite with king bed, patio and large private bath. The second suite is also a king bed with private bath.
The Palm Beach 408 is a wonderful gem and one you are sure to love at first sight.

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows :
~ 30% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation / 50% deposit for Christmas/New Year bookings
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation, all payments made will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa for up 12 months from the original arrival date. No refund will be offered.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Palm beach is like home away from home. Have stayed there many times and am never disappointed. Apartments are clean, comfortable, well-designed and tastefully furnished. Services are flexible - you can arrange for extra housekeeping, or a cook to come in during your stay. There are three good-sized pools with varying water levels - the lowest being perfect for small children. The grounds/gardens are beautiful and well-manicured. Unlike many beachfront properties on the island, palm beach is set back from the road, and so you are not subjected to the significant noise from the traffic. Barbados' south coast is an eye-sore in places, suffering from neglect and in need of rehabilitation; but Palm Beach is a gem in the midst of it, and certainly on par with many of the properties on the more upscale West Coast.
