The building it’s in is right on the shore of the Christ Church Area and comes with three bedrooms as well as both indoor and outdoor living spaces. As part of the Sapphire Beach community, guests will have access to over 300 feet of private beachfront on Dover Beach. All visitors staying here also have use of two massive oceanfront pools, a modern fitness center, vibrant grounds and gardens, and the benefits of being in a secure, gated community. Sapphire Beach 201 is only a few minutes from the airport, St. Lawrence Gap, and Bridgetown’s acclaimed shopping. It’s also near Oistins Fishing Village where guests can find entertainment and dining establishments.
The bedrooms available here range in size from a king-sized master with access to the verandah to a queen suite that includes a fold-out sofa, and a double bed suite. No matter which room a guest stays in, there is a private bathroom and large windows to look out over the area. Guests will also have a house cleaner who stops in twice a week to keep things tidy and 24/7 security.
This villa has been designed to fit the needs of a group who want to enjoy luxury living that surpasses a typical suite. It’s not as large as a private villa but it comes with all the amenities that the best ones would have. The home has a décor that uses a nautical white and blue theme, along with accents of darker hues in some furniture. The great room comes in a silvery blue color with accents of mahogany in the media area and living room.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
SAPPHIRE BEACH : From 15 April to 15 July 2024, the exterior and common areas will be repainted. The painting is being carried out in blocks during this period. Additionally, only one (of the 3) communal pools will be open at any one time during this same period. The pools are undergoing maintenance & renovation work.
