Milord Sunset Villa’s decor is classic English sea-side with white sofa duvets, ocean-denim antique dressers, and accent pieces of sea glass and wicker. There are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a shared half bath. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with safes, televisions, wi-fi, DVDs, showers, vanities, water closets, and terrace or balcony access.
The second-floor balcony has a classic wrought-iron railing and Grecian-style white pillars supporting archways that overlook the pool terrace and the Caribbean Sea. There is a wicker and white-linen patio set, including a sofa and two armchairs, on the balcony shaded by palms, perfect for reading or a quiet moment to enjoy the view out of the main thrum of the household.
The pool terrace has a patio dining set with a parasol for seaside mimosa brunches, while a formal indoor dining table decorated with beautiful wicker lamps is tucked away through some archways off the kitchen for catered gourmet meals. Complimentary concierges can make arrangements for bookings, travel, tickets, events, or provisioning to complete the royal treatment at Milord Sunset Villa. In-villa spa days can easily be followed by kayak or SUP adventures on the crystal-clear water.
The pool itself is the perfect size for a few guests to take cooling dips during engaging soirees in the hot island heat for those who aren’t looking to commit to the beach. Two sunbathing lounge chairs are on the pool terrace proper, while a handful more are in the garden terrace adjacent to the pool. A pool person, gardener, and on-call property manager are on staff as well as housekeepers who come daily,* so there’s no need to worry about tracking that fine coral sand in from the beach; however, an outdoor shower does encourage cleanliness and courtesy.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
