The kitchen is equipped with the very latest appliances and gadgets to ensure you can easily whip up cocktails or meals, and it yet you won't miss a moment of the scenery. This is due to that open floor plan that faces directly to the terrace.
Step from the living room, with its high ceilings and bright palette to the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy al fresco meals or leisurely cups of morning coffee. You overlook the shared garden pool below as well as the sea and palms beyond. The villa has two bedrooms - one on each side of the great room to ensure privacy. Each has en suite bathrooms, garden views, and plenty of room for relaxing in style and charm. The villa is equipped with an entertainment system and WiFi throughout.
You also have unlimited access to the rooftop swimming pool where there is also a bar and further views of the entire region. This is a great place to gather for cocktails and it is roomy and spacious enough that, even sharing it with the other guests, never feels crowded.

~ 30% deposit / Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
~ Festive Period: 50% deposit / Balance due 75 days prior to arrival

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival, 15% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date at the same villa.
~ If guests cancel the reservation falling within the Festive Season, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited or kept as a voucher credit for travel within 12 months from original booked date in the same villa.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

A couple of weeks ago ( end of January 2016) we stayed for 8 nights at 303 Tradewinds in Mullins. It was a lovely break. The 2 bedroom apartment is so well appointed, quiet, spacious and very clean. The standard of furnishings and fittings is of the highest and nothing has been overlooked. The many extras that the owners put into Tradewinds really set the apartment above most others that we have stayed in and around the Caribbean. And everything works!
There is a lovely large lounge that opens to a very spacious balcony with the sea views in the distance. The breezes cool the apartment and along with the ceiling fans in each room, we didn't use the air -con at all.
Tradewinds is in the small Beacon Hill development, set back a couple of hundred meters from the road that runs parallel to Mullins Bay – it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The location is excellent and we enjoyed long walks and swims along the nearby beaches and bays and there are a least 6 places to eat and drink within a short walk – plus the nearby garage/ supermarket.
We didn’t use the communal pool in the gardens but we did use the plunge pool on the roof of the 3 story block which was great, with marvellous views. There are only another 5 similar apartments in the block.
Maureen who manages the property for the owners Joanna and Peter, and Michelle the maid were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The apartment and the grounds are so well looked after.
We would highly recommend 303 Tradewinds, it really is on the highest quality and we we could find no fault with it. we will be back!
