This property is set directly on the sands and features landscaped gardens and grounds that take guests discreetly to the beach via a private entrance. There are only twelve condos in the entire building. Each is roomy and designed for optimal views and the best experience of the light, the air, and the beautiful scenery. Coral Cove 12 features a large patio space that offers a cozy lounge, al fresco dining area, and a large Jacuzzi tub. The tub allows you to soak in splendor as you gaze out at the beautiful ocean scenery.

From the patio you move seamlessly through the enormous doors to the living room that is part of a greater open floor plan containing a formal dining space and a luxury and gourmet kitchen. You can opt for a housekeeper or cook to visit the premises during your visit or you can enjoy the high quality kitchen and delicious local foods.

There are three bedrooms in the apartment, with the master bedroom opening directly to the patio (adjacent to the Jacuzzi tub). Each features a large bed and bath and there is also a guest bath on the premises too.

Coral Cove #12 has become our great escape over the last several years. Open, bright, airy, spacious, we have stayed here with as little as 2 of us and up to 5 of us with room to spare. Steps away from the cerulean blue Caribbean, chaises await you every day. Dena who takes exceptional care of CC #12 is a delight and the security staff headed up by Romeo are both a wonderful asset to staying here. We couldn't nor would we ever consider staying any where other than Coral Cove #12.

Sandy Hill beach just steps from back door and Paynes beach a short hike south-- both with wonderful snorkeling and other water sports activities. Bus stop out front takes you one way to Holetown, Speightstown or Bridgetown for $1US pp each way! Unit is clean and spacious. Have cook prepare a meal for the day you arrive. She is excellent cook--rate is reasonable and we ate leftovers for two days! Snorkle gear, floats, beach towels--all in unit.

Very well presented property right on Paynes Bay and ideal for those who want to be straight on the Beach, but then a couple of floors up and back to privacy. Spotlessly clean and very easy place to stay. All staff very helpful and certainly one that if we head back to Barbados would have no hesitation in looking up again. Simon was very helpful as is a great owner to work with.

The apartment certainly lives up to the website photographs and description. On arrival we were greeted by the security guy who was very friendly and helpful. On reaching the apartment we were met by the wonderful Dena, who had prepared the apartment to perfection and on subsequent days she fitted around us to get her jobs done and minimise what we needed to do.

The location of the apartment is excellent for restaurants and supermarkets. A very short walk takes you down to the glorious Paynes beach. Every aspect of the apartment block is extremely clean and the garden and beach area are looked after very, very well. We loved it and hope to return.

We have visited Barbados many times over the recent years but this was our first stay at Paynes Bay. We found Paynes Beach the best beach for swimming and our children want to return next time. The condo was large giving us lots of space, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed being up on the fourth floor which gave a wonderful breeze through the unit. Our return flights were cancelled shortly before our vacation but Simon was very accommodating and provided a refund for the last night of our stay since we had to change our flights to the previous day. We will definitely return.

WOW is the first thing that comes to mind. So this condo is in the perfect location surrounded by absolutely beautiful views with its own beach. DENA was completely amazing and cooked us the most incredible meal. Romeo was so accommodating and helpful. This vacation was nearly a perfect 8 nights. The activities that we did while there in Barbados were all excellent. We found the local culture perfect, even enjoying the Oisten's local fish fry. Thanks to Simon for all the help, patience while booking our vacation, and recommendations. We will be back for sure.

What an amazing place this is. We loved every minute of it and hope to come back very soon. The apartment catered for all our needs, the housekeeper looked after us impeccably and cooked dinner for us one night which was very special. The location right on the beach is perfect. We love Barbados and this was a perfect location.
