With access to Mullins Beach Club, a community fitness room, and full resort privileges, Coconut Grove 1 - Spinalonga is located in a beautiful part of Royal Westmoreland in Barbados. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests of any age for a tropical vacation. It comes with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a powder room for convenience.
This spacious villa is surrounded by tropical gardens composed of vibrant colors. It’s also right next to the 10th fairway to offer exceptional views. Guests who enjoy spending time in the sun will have all sorts of options. There is a selection of outdoor living spaces, including a pool, a barbeque grill, and an alfresco dining area. The deck is an excellent spot for enjoying a book or conversation with friends.
The master bedroom comes with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is also a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms that include two single beds and their own bathrooms. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans and air conditioning to keep you cool throughout your stay.
A housekeeper is provided for guests most days of the week. The villa also comes with an on-call property manager, a pool person, and a gardener. This way, you can enjoy all the little moments of vacation while someone else makes sure your space is clean, comfortable, and ready for use. Concierge services can also be booked, such as spa services or excursions throughout Barbados.
The villa offers an open floor plan in the dining and living areas easily reached from each of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of appliances so the group’s cook can make delicious meals. Guests will also have access to wireless Internet access, cable television, and an iPod docking station for entertainment.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 90 days, US$250.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made between 90 days and 60 days, 15% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 60 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year reservations are nonrefundable. Please note, all refunded amount are subject to 10% processing fee.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
