Barbados is the perfect place to get away with friends and family for a vacation, and the Royal Westmoreland Apartment is the perfect place to make the most of your stay in this gorgeous tropical locale.

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is the perfect place to kick back and recharge. You will have a comfortable living area to relax, play games, and watch movies when you feel like laying low. Better yet, you will have a large patio to spend time and take in the lovely weather. The master bedroom includes a wonderful patio for taking in the beautiful Barbados mornings so you can start your day off right.

When you feel like taking a swim and making the most of your time in the sun, head down to the pool. You will be surrounded by lovely gardens at every turn while staying at Royal Westmoreland. When you feel like venturing a bit further, you can head down to Mullins Beach, where you can spend the day beside the ocean. While there, you will be able to enjoy the beach bar and restaurants, or enjoy the available water sports.

When it is time for a quick workout, head on down to the fitness center. If you would like to unwind and treat yourself, take advantage of the on-site spa. For something more active, you can play some tennis or a round of golf. However you want to spend your stay at Royal Westmoreland apartment, you will have all the options you could ask for right there at your fingertips.

Helping to make sure your stay is as easy and enjoyable as possible will be the housekeepers and 24-hour property manager, whose only priority is making sure that you get everything that you need while enjoying your vacation. Go ahead and treat yourself to a vacation that you will always remember.

It was our first visit to Barbados. We had the most amazing holiday and I'm sure it was down to our stay in the apartment at Royal Westmoreland. The apartment was perfect. Excellent quality furniture, beds, towels and linen. Nothing was tired or in need of update. The facilities at the RW were excellent and we were really pleased to see how tidy and maintained the gardens and pool area were. We made use of being a 'house guest' which gave us access to the gym, clubhouse pool and bar and enjoyed access to competitive golf rates. Also the car park at Mullins Beach and beds with towels was a bonus! I would highly recommend booking this apartment.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay on our honeymoon. The sea and sunset views from the balcony and master bedroom were spectacular. The apartment was well equipped, air-conditioned though out and everything was finished and maintained at an excellent standard.

This was our first time staying in an apartment, but not our first time at Royal Westmoreland and I would certainly stay here again. There was more than enough room for the two of us and I'd love to return with a couple of friends (or on our own) in the future. There are parking spaces right outside the apartment block, a lift to the apartment and a communal pool really close by. We made full use of the membership card that gave us access to Mullin's Beach (this was one of our essential criteria when deciding where to book).

We had a fantastic time and will be making a return visit in the future.

This was our second visit here as we enjoyed it so much last time. By far the best place we have stayed on the island. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Took full advantage of the Mullins Beach Club and Royal Westmorland facilities included in the rental. The pool was always quiet which was ideal as we had a young baby with us this year. Convenient for all the restaurants, Holetown shopping and lots of fabulous beaches although a car is necessary. Didn't want to leave. Now just need to figure out how quickly we can return.

We stayed here for one week and had an absolutely amazing time. The apartment is fantastic value for money with a great sea view and has everything you could wish for. It's ideal that it's located at Royal Westmoreland and you can access all the facilities there for no extra cost. We got the free shuttle down to Mullins beach most days which was super reliable so it was no hindrance not hiring a car. The staff are exceptionally polite and friendly and can't do enough to help. I can't recommend the apartment or a holiday here enough! We hope to come back soon

loved this penthouse condo in royal Westmoreland. it is as advertised and better. the sea views are fabulous, and the location is serene and peaceful but close to holetown and other desirable west coast locations. I've been to the island many times and would definitely stay here again. highly recommended!

We stayed from end of Dec to Jan for a 3wk holiday. Perfect in every way. Really was a home from home. Views were stunning and the view of the fireworks from the balcony at New Year were amazing. Apartment has everything you need and is very spacious. Walk in wardrobe off the master en-suite was perfectly sized. Car is essential as it is a fair distance from the beach and local amenities. Shuttle bus available but to infrequent and absorbs too much of your day. The pool, a mere 2mins walk was beautiful and always very quiet. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a slice of paradise.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this apartment. I cannot recommend it highly enough.....very spacious, well equipped and immaculately maintained. It had everything we could possibly have needed and more, and was just perfect for the 4 of us (2 couples). Everyone we dealt with from the owner, David, Deborah from West Coast Villas, Desiree the Housekeeper down to the security guys on the gate, all made us feel most welcome.
The view from the balcony is stunning, perfect for breakfast in the mornings and then with a sundowner early evening.
This was our first stay at Royal Westmoreland, although we have been to Barbados many times, and we would certainly stay again. I would recommend hiring a car to get around though.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.
