Designed to offer everything you could want for a vacation in Barbados, Villa Seduced is an architect-designed contemporary holiday dwelling located in Royal Westmoreland. It’s only a short distance from one of the finest golf courses in the world. This villa is made to accommodate up to 10 guests who are 12 or older. It comes with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a powder room.
This property is located on the 16th fairway of the golf course and looks out onto the Par 5 16th green. As a contemporary villa, it offers stylish interiors that combine modern design with a Caribbean flair to build something unique for your next holiday. The villa was designed to be entirely distinct by a local architect and offers 6,400 square feet over two levels.
The wooden entrance bridge is sure to inspire awe as you get close to the villa. When you step inside, you’ll also be impressed by the lighted water feature. The rest of the ground level is a combined indoor-outdoor space with an open floor plan. The indoor spaces open up to a large terrace that offers an alfresco teppanyaki and grilling station and a wet bar on opposite ends.
This area is ideal for taking in the large 60-foot swimming pool and the sea and golf course beyond. The pool spans the entirety of the deck, which features various sun loungers for those who want to enjoy the sunshine while listening to the water.
The kitchen inside has European counters, high cupboards, and a stone island that acts as a breakfast bar. The appliances are built-in and offer everything needed to create a delicious meal. A pantry is also provided so you can stock up on all your favorite pools. The villa also has a media room with sumptuous furnishings so the whole group can take in a movie or play a game together.
Arrival Information: Guests staying at this property should choose the Barbados North Coast Transfer service area for airport transfers. We highly recommend the Barbados Fast Track service to expedite your arrival and avoid long waits at customs.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
The Mullins Beach Club sustained damage from the rough seas during the passage of Hurricane Beryl on the 1 July 2024. As a result it is closed for reconstruction, no completion date has been issued so far.
However, Mullins Beach is open and guests staying at properties that include Mullins Beach Club Membership can get a lounge chair, parasol and beach towels from the beach attendants as is customary. The car parking facility at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with membership. Bathroom facilities are located across the road from the beach club and are separate from Singita’s bathrooms. The SeaShed beach bar / restaurant is located next door to the Mullins Beach Club and will be open everyday from 11:30am (always check directly with the SeaShed for changes to opening days / times), this is a recommended option
