Just as its name implies, Villa Landmark House and Cottage is a large and spacious property. However, it is also one of the few villas set directly on the waterfront of Sandy Lane Beach. Surrounded by its own private gardens and swaying palms, the villa provides total privacy just steps from the waterfront. Stone paved paths dot the verdant garden spaces, leading you from one charming spot to another. The main building features the shared living spaces like the comfortably plush living room and lounge, the gorgeous al fresco dining spots (including a formal dining area), and the courtyard entrance.
There are six bedrooms in this villa, with three on the main level of the main house, one on the second level, and the remaining two in the cottage. All of them are beautifully decorated and provide tremendous amounts of living space. All of the bedrooms are en suite, with some of the most luxurious fixtures and design available. The three main level bedrooms have excellent views of the gardens and the waterfront, and the upstairs bedroom features a balcony and massive living room.
The cottage is described as being like a tree house, and has its own living and dining patio as well a direct access to the gardens. The entire property features staff that includes a cook, gardener, butler, and maid. Adjacent to the Sandy Lane golf course, it is a perfect location for a family or group of friends, or even for a small and intimate special event.

For new bookings with travel dates during the Low Season 2020, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Barbados government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Level 3 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist.

Our beautiful villa in Barbados (Landmark House) was ideally located on Paynes Bay.The kids had a great time on the beach and loved the water for swimming. The staff did an excellent job also with the cooking. Thank you for suggesting this villa and we are sure to be back next year for another vacation.
We feel like we hit the jackpot with this location. It was our first time to Barbados and we absolutley loved it. The beach is really stunning and the Sandy Lane Hotel was literally next door. Be careful though, you cannot get in unless you have a reservation but we called ahead for lunch and dinner and had some amazing meals there. Saying that our chef at landmark was also outstanding. We cannot wait to go back.
