This villa offers four ensuite bedrooms, including a large master suite that takes up the top floor of the property. The outdoor and indoor areas merge together for a pleasant atmosphere for spending time with family and friends. There are two patio areas with teak tables and chairs, as well as sofas. The villa also has a Viking gas grill for cooking on your vacation.
The villa overlooks the Sandy Lane Golf Course and a forest of trees from the sun terrace outside. It offers informal dining, seating for socializing, and luxury sun loungers to enjoy the atmosphere of the villa. Extra convenience and comfort are provided through the full staff available at the villa, including a chef, housekeeper, pool person, and laundry service. A property manager is also on-call to meet the needs of guests.
When pulling up to the villa, electric gates lead into a circular driveway with a double garage and guest parking. The port cochere entrance offers double doors into the foyer where guests can catch a glimpse of the sea for the first time through the archway into the living room and the terrace just beyond. Next to the living room, there is a dining room as well as areas for the kitchen and laundry.
The master suite in the villa is found up a double staircase and comes with a sitting room, a large private terrace with furnishings, and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms are on the ground floor and include their own balconies with all offering sea views and two with additional views of the swimming pool and sun deck. Guests can also enjoy spending time outdoors with many walking trails and children’s play areas nearby.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
