As its name describes, the Cliff Penthouse is indeed a freestanding villa that combines the very best features of a penthouse property, a cliff-side location, and complete luxury living. Part of the Oil Nut Bay luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands, it is found on Virgin Gorda and does indeed sit atop rocky cliffs that look out over the picturesque Oil Nut Bay.
Set at the highest point, it uses excellent design to capture the scenery, the sea breezes, and all while retaining your privacy. It is a one-bedroom property, ideally suited for a romantic holiday or tropical escape. At the front of the villa is the wraparound terrace where you enjoy a full-sized swimming pool with infinity edge. The terrace is furnished with designer pieces that provide you with various niches for sunbathing, lounging, and even dining al fresco.
The open-air design of the great room leaves you just steps from the great room, where an equally gorgeous, high ceilinged living room beckons you with sofas and furnishings from FENDI. A mini bar and kitchenette are stylishly concealed in one area while a work station lets you keep up with any business in style and comfort. The enormous, king bedroom suite faces out to the view and has its own terrace area. The en suite bath has been designed with the same attention to detail and esthetics as the rest of the property, and features a tub that looks out over the view and an outdoor shower.

Getting to the Cliff Penthouse : A member of the Oil Nut Bay team will meet you at either Virgin Gorda or Tortola airports and escort you by vehicle and boat to the resort and your villa. Alternatively, transfers by helicopter may be arranged. Please contact our concierge for rates and logistics.

For new bookings , the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 50% deposit (to include the government tax, resort fee and service fee)
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival / 90 days prior for Festive period bookings

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days (90 days for the Festive period) prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days (90 days for the Festive period) of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The BVIs government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from BVIs that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against BVIs must exist.
