Constructed in 2020, MoneyPenny Villa is a gorgeous modern villa with over 1,400 square feet of space. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a powder room for a group of four guests of any age. Perfect for a group with a boat, guests can dock a short walk away and enjoy all the amenities and activities found in Marina Village. Everything from a watersports office to artisan shops and an eighty seat restaurant is just a short walk away.
This villa is found on the eastern tip of Virgin Gorda and includes resort privileges so guests will never lack something exciting to do. There are tennis courts near the villa, easy access to the beach to enjoy the sun and sand, and a community fitness center where guests can work out. Guests can take part in a variety of watersport activities to make memories that last a lifetime.
Guests at MoneyPenny Villa will have several staff members available to help with their every need. The property manager is on-call at all times if you need to ask questions or get information. The villa also features housekeepers who clean up every day of the week except Sunday. A pool maintenance person and a gardener are also available to keep things looking their best.
The villa itself is spacious and offers modern décor that promises a relaxing experience. Each of the bedrooms in the villa has a double bed, offers access to a terrace where guests can enjoy the view, and has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a shower. The entire space is air-conditioned so you can stay comfortable even when the temperature rises.
The terrace at the villa spans the entire side of the property and has beautiful views of the water. There are several loungers and other seats where you can rest under an awning to get some shade when the sun is coming down too hard. Inside, guests will have access to a cozy kitchen area and a formal kitchen with seating for up to four.
While staying at MoneyPenny, guests can access the marina facilities and the nearby beach club. There is also a wellness studio with pilates and yoga rooms. Guests can also explore the nature center, walk through several hiking trails, and use the provided beach equipment. Also included are wireless Internet access and even a business center with printers. It offers an exceptional place to soak up the beauty of the British Virgin Islands.

Getting to the Villa: A member of the Oil Nut Bay team will meet you at either Virgin Gorda or Tortola airports and escort you by vehicle and boat to the resort and your villa. Alternatively, transfers by helicopter may be arranged. Please contact our concierge for rates and logistics.

For new bookings , the property manager is modifying the booking policy as follows :
~ 50% deposit (to include the government tax, resort fee and service fee)
~ Balance due 30 days prior to arrival / 90 days prior for Festive period bookings
For new bookings, the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 30 days (90 days for the Festive period) prior to the arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 30 days (90 days for the Festive period) of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The BVIs government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from BVIs that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against BVIs must exist.
