This opulent, six-bedroom estate sits high on a mountaintop on the private Peter Island and provides an unbelievable view of the neighboring British Virgin Islands, the sea, and the landscape below.
A true estate, this property covers more than 22,000 square feet and has a main house along with several other structures containing the luxurious bedroom suites. As part of the island's private resort, it provides visitors with many services and amenities that are all customized to their needs. However, this villa has been designed and staffed to serve as a luxury destination in its own right. Visitors will certainly want to visit the island's five exclusive beaches and partake of the facilities offered by the resort. With a private chef, butler, and housekeeping, though, there may be no need to leave the villa.
This property features truly unique and professional décor. With an emphasis on natural and native materials, bold and yet warm colors, and an emphasis on the setting, the different buildings and living spaces are each a treasure. There is an infinity edge swimming pool, waterfall, and many beautifully cultivated gardens and paths. The veranda wraps the main building and features a bar that offers show-stopping views.
The main building features two gourmet kitchens, a formal dining room, a theater and media room, the spa room, an exercise room, and two of the master bedrooms. The other pods feature the remaining bedrooms, and all of them can be described as master suites with king beds, dressing rooms, terraces, and oversized ensuite bathrooms with tubs as well as showers.

Falcon's Nest is available on an Estate only basis or Full Service Inclusive basis. The listed rates are for the Full Service option includes the services of a butler and chef, and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as non-alcoholic beverages for up to 12 guests. Housekeeping service is provided twice daily on either plan. Regardless of the plan chosen, the Villa Director will oversee every aspect of the perfect villa stay as personalization through customization is what we do best at Peter Island Resort and Spa.

Getting to the Villa : A local representative will meet the guests at their BVI arrival ferry port or airport and escort them to Peter Island and their villa.
