The Casablanca Apartment is located at the top of the very quiet residential area of Princess Quarters, on the southern end of Virgin Gorda. This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is part of a three-bedroom villa.

Located on the ground floor, amongst lush tropical gardens, the apartment affords full privacy with its very own private driveway, pool, and open plan living area.  Although the owners live on site most of the year, the design of the apartment offers seclusion so you are in your own piece of paradise.

The Living/Kitchen/Dining room space has the option of being either open plan via its 14’ folding glass doors that open onto the deck area or as an air conditioned closed space. It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator/freezer, range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, washer/dryer. There is also a Bose speaker that will link to your personal iPod via Bluetooth. The dining area comes with a table and chairs and a comfortable sofa.

The outside patio area is kept cool by a large ceiling fan and comes with lounge chairs and a stylish drinks cabinet for preparing tropical punch on a hot day or cool evening.

Casablanca’s two air-conditioned bedrooms come with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms and ceiling fans.  The Ocean view bedroom gazes out towards the Caribbean Sea and opens out onto the covered patio and Pool area.  The Garden View bedroom consists of two twin beds which can be configured into a king sized bed if required.  Both bedrooms have 42” flat screen HD TVs and a hairdryer for personal use.

The rental rates include : Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service 2 days per week, pool technician weekly, gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal , WiFi internet coverage). Provisions and staff gratuities are not included.

Getting to the Casablanca Apartment : A local representative will meet the guests at the airport / ferry port where their rental car will be waiting for them, and then escort them to the villa.


Bedroom 1 : Ocean-view bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, A/C, ceiling fan, WiFi and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC.  2 guests maximum. 

Bedroom 2 : Garden-view bedroom with a king-size bed (can be made up as two single beds upon request), TV, A/C, ceiling fan, WiFi and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC.  2 guests maximum.
