Villa Kayanta is an island getaway down to the nines with cabana-style palm roofs, floating buildings on bamboo stilts in pool lagoons — it's directly in amongst the palms on a white sand beach in the Cap Cana. Paradise doesn’t get better than this dream mansion villa getaway.
The entire six-bedroom villa is built on top of swimming pools so guests can lounge in their swimsuits and take a dip as they please. The main outdoor sitting room sits in the center of the lagoon pool and is marked by a right-angle, coral-stone wall with sconce-lighting situated on wooden planks. From this central seating area, plank walks over the lagoon lead towards other cabanas.
Seating abounds, inviting comfort and relaxation in the form of swinging beds beside the alfresco dining lounge or hammocks strung over the lagoon. Poolside chairs bloom like lilies out of a slate-stone and grass poolside terrace. A well-kept, lush lawn spreads out from here while the pool continues down the side of the lawn to a floating lounge veranda on bamboo stilts, as well as out and up to the main floor of the villa proper, creating a two-tiered, lagoon effect.
The kitchen is designed with minimalism in mind—chrome fixtures on wooden drawers with white cabinets or frosted glass front panels. Some yellow ceramic and wicker serving dishes on a large island overlooking the well-stocked wine cellar, oven, and refrigerator tie the theme together. Here is where the cook and/or caterers will prepare three meals a day for the family, friends, or associates coming as guests to Villa Kayanta.
There are two main living areas—one inside and one outside. While the outside seating area is exposed to the Caribbean elements so as to convey a touch of wildness about it, the inside of the stunning Villa Kayanta is warm and subdued with wooden paneled walls and floors, white ceilings, and some calming island plants to lift the light.
A butler or host on-premises will attend to every need that the complimentary concierge has not already attended to, while maid service keeps the six bedrooms and various dining and lounge cabanas sparkling clean. There are two king-sized bedrooms with three single beds accompanying, two other king-size bedrooms besides, and two bedrooms with two double beds each, plus one single. This villa accommodates fourteen guests.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 76 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 is forfeited. Cancellation less than 75 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
