Villa Toscana is an enormous property set in the heart of the Cap Cana area of the Dominican Republic. Resting at the eastern end of the island, Cap Cana is a master-planned community offering views of the Atlantic Ocean meeting the Caribbean Sea. It features an award-winning golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, premium spa facilities, night clubs, restaurants, a convention center, and a famous adventure (Scape Park) park. Cap Cana is also home to a fantastic marina.
Although it might be said that the Cap Cana area is a resort that provides visitors with all that is needed, it might equally be said of this enormous, nine-bedroom villa, too. With space for up to 20 visitors at once, it could easily serve as the site of a destination event or super-luxurious family gathering. Because it features a full household staff with cook, butler, and housekeeping team, it is an amazingly relaxing spot for any sort of visit.
The heart of the property is the enormous pool terrace with its unusually shaped, geometric pool that features a stone surround and mature gardens nearby. The villa sits above the golf course and has the look of a classic estate. With its huge stone columns and pillars, it offers up the looks of an ancient structure just above the water. And yet at the base of the central columns are a hot tub area and other lounging spaces. These lead past the fully furnished terrace and inside the grand villa.
With a paneled ceiling and massive amounts of interior space, the sense of being in an estate is not diminished. There is the vast living room with its separate sitting and lounging areas, the indoor as well as the outdoor dining areas, the stunning main hall with room for the entire party to sit around the massive banqueting table, and the luxurious gourmet kitchen. Featuring professional quality equipment, it is an eat-in space where you may await the tasty meals and treats prepared by your cook.
The property has a lift and central courtyards to add to the sense of refinement, and the opulent bedrooms are divided between the different floors to deliver optimal luxury and privacy to each suite. They are mostly king or dual queen suites. All have access to a terrace space, and all feature a large and private bathroom area. They have television service and sitting areas too.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
