The Brisa villa is a spectacular property that is built around an open-plan layout that treats guests to the cool and tropical-smelling breezes that are desired when on a Caribbean vacation. The breeze floats easily through the house, enticing you to check out the sea if that’s the kind of vacation you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a less active vacation, the Brisa villa is situated in an exclusive area of Las Lomas that provides visitors with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Ocean and the Dye Fore Golf course. Spend an evening – or twelve – watching the sunsets as they ebb below the horizon and try to commit the utter beauty to your memories as a camera won’t manage to capture all of it.
If your idea of a rejuvenating vacation involves spa treatment and lots of naps, then the Brisa villa can accommodate those desires as well. This villa provides you and your loved ones with six bedrooms (each with an adjoining ensuite bathroom), as well as an additional half-bath for more public usage. Each of the bedrooms is individually designed via a different technique/scheme, meaning that each of them is privy to their own characteristics that you’d struggle to find in any other location. All of the rooms offer air-conditioning and large windows that are useful for letting the Caribbean breeze inside to caress you.
For those in your party who want to experience more of the outdoors, they can spend their time in the various outdoor spaces that are meant to invite meandering strolls through and around the villa. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
