A vaulted carport in front of the villa opens to the main floor of the house in a natural way that reflects the beautiful trees and shrubs that manicure the entry. The main hall is open and allows a view all the way to the back of this four-bedroom villa where the ocean is immediately visible as well as accessible. The main room features a central, circular table between two lounge and dining sets beneath chandeliers. The floor is gorgeous marble. Heavy wood beams contrast slim slats of wooden storm shutters and whitewashed walls with lighting employed expertly throughout. Delicate chandeliers float over the dining and lounge sets indoors, while the veranda sets are island teakwood wicker with palm-frond ceiling fans — maintaining the colonial and country house decor.

There are three king-sized bedrooms and one bedroom with two double beds. The kings are all four-poster beds and each bedroom maintains a bathroom, shower, vanity, and chaise lounge chair. One king suite features a private outdoor bath in a garden behind a stone wall parapet, and two of the villa’s suites have private terraces. The other opens out onto a lawn facing the sea.

An infinity pool decorated with four stately palms drops off into an unobstructed view of the sea and a set of stairs leading down to a viewing deck with lounge chairs. A large kitchen with welcoming, warm wooden ceilings and a charming, if extravagant, country-house appeal feature meals cooked three times a day by gourmet chefs, while service is provided by a butler or host from 8 AM to 5 PM. All other services are conducted by our complimentary concierges. Golfing, watersports, shuttles, charters, and outings—even the trip to and from the airport—can be arranged with the utmost efficiency.
