The living area of the residence offers a spectacular view from inside the home and from the terrace. You can lounge on one of several options while watching the sunset in the evening sky. An open layout leads to the kitchen and dining area, with yet another magnificent view. A cool color palette of white and gray’s compliments the green and blue beauty of the water below, and the sky above.
This color palette extends into the three bedrooms, providing cohesiveness to the space that promotes peace and comfort. In the first bedroom, you will find a king-size bed with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. The residence is equipped with a Smart TV, coffee maker, outdoor grill, sound system, and a gaming console. Also provided is WiFi and bedding, plus linens.
The large infinity pool along the beachside of the property is just one of many offerings. There are also two heated spas, cabanas, and beachside lounging chairs for guests to enjoy. You can sit along the beach and relax or go off-site to get a workout at a local fitness center. The choice is yours.
Staff at Club Se7evn includes a housekeeper, pool person, and a property manager on call. This is a non-smoking residence with a no-pet policy. Children are welcome. Utilities are included and you will be welcomed with a villa orientation. Guests are responsible for provisions and groceries.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 61 days prior to arrival, 8% administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made within 60 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note, Christmas and New Year reservations are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Please note that the Cayman Administration Service Fee will be increased from 3.5% to 5.9% for all bookings in 2025.
