Villa Sea Salt at the Tryall Club on Jamaica is an exquisite six-bedroom mansion with an expansive 11,000 square feet of living space on five beautiful acres. Discover classic Jamaican architecture and beautiful finishings to provide the perfect backdrop for your memorable Montego Bay vacation.

Here you will find every amenity right at your fingertips, including a full personal staff with a chef, a butler, a housekeeper and a laundress. Guests at Villa Sea Salt will enjoy all the amenities of the Tryall Club in addition to private amenities of the villa. You will find two golf carts on hand to whisk you around the Tryall Club grounds. Take advantage of the private beach, tennis, a playground, a gym and preferred greens fees at the renowned Tryall Club golf course.

Villa Sea Salt offers a 70-foot heated private swimming pool outfitted with fiber optic lighting for spectacular night views. There is a private putting green with complimentary putters and balls, and a shuffleboard court set on the lawn. Inside the villa you will find comfortable seating areas with lavish, tasteful furnishings. Throw open the wood-framed doors and enjoy beautiful views of island greenery and the sea. Rich wood flooring, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and a lovely dining area that opens to island breezes welcome you to this Jamaican home away from home. The layout is spectacular, with three lavish master bedroom suites separated for privacy and interconnected by landscaped walkways set around a hexagon fountain.

The property is interspersed with verandahs and gardens including a separate area for orchids. Play a round of golf, relax at the beach, take a dip in the pool and then come together with friends at the end of the day for a drink before dinner at the outdoor bar off the living room. Then settle down for a sumptuous meal prepared by your own personal chef and served in the dining room or on the outdoor verandah for a true island experience.

The Tryall Club Membership: complimentary beach, pickle ball, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, Usain Bolt Games Room for all ages, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party every Monday night. For various fees: golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, boutique, motorized water sports & Reggae Night on the Beach Thursday night.
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Dues cost of US$160 (plus a 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$32 (plus a 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 are at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

We've just returned from our first visit to Tryall and Sea Salt villa, and we miss it already! We traveled as a family of 5 adults and 3 children, 7,5,and 3. Tryall activities - beach and sea and land -- and children activities are superb. The Tryall staff- whether watersports, tennis, or golf - couldn't be more professional, friendly, and accommodating. But most spectacular is Sea Salt Villa!! The staff -- Keisha, Nigel, Garrett, Damion, Tamara, Howard -- are the best. So warm and attentive. Our grandkids fell in love with them and their hugs! Garrett's cuisine was excellent -- grilled lobster, rack of lamb, jerk chicken and ribs, and the best soups and salads on the island. The villa is gorgeous and comfortable. Huge heated infinity pool and your own mini putting green! We can't wait to return. Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation week.

This was our first ever trip to Jamaica and everything was absolutely perfect. Sea Salt is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. It has 5 bedrooms with 3 of them master suites. They are roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The master suites have both indoor and outdoor showers. Living spaces are amazing. Plenty of comfy seating inside and outside...we especially loved the open air dining room, den and inner gardens. The pool...huge, heated and magnificently landscaped as is the entire property. Now...for the best part of the stay...the staff!! I would call them by name but I am sure I would misspell their names so for that reason I will simply say they are so very pleasant, helpful, concerned with your every need that your stay will be as good as you could ever imagine. I cannot say enough about the food! The chef outdid himself with each and every meal. My suggestions for you are...grilled tuna...grilled lobster...red snapper...jerk chicken...at breakfast, his omelets are as good as I have ever had...for dessert...the very best homemade ice cream I have ever had. If Sea Salt is on your list of possibilities...I would say...do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed!

Common Questions

Do we share the villa? click to close

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Are we protected from fraud? click to open

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.

Can you explain the reservation process? click to open

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

Can we arrange a late check out? click to open

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

Are transfers to the property included? click to open

Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.

What to expect upon arrival? click to open

In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.

A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
