Perched on a ridge just one level back from the sea, Summertime welcomes you through its entrance on the pool deck. Here, you'll find comfortable seating areas and pool chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun. The main verandah offers outside dining and Caribbean-style wicker sofas, providing a shaded retreat for relaxation. Inside, an open-plan dining room and sitting room seamlessly flow into a small private terrace, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning or a late-night cocktail.
The villa features four bedrooms along the west side, each adorned with vibrant Caribbean colors and equipped with its own en-suite bathroom. These cozy retreats ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
Summertime's location is ideal for a relaxed family vacation, with the renowned Silver Sands Beach just moments away. Known for its crystal blue waters and golden sand, the beach offers a picturesque setting for endless enjoyment.
Please note that a full-time driver is recommended for your convenience. Groceries can be ordered, delivered, and paid for via credit card from a grocery store in Runaway Bay. Alternatively, guests can explore the local grocery store near the villa. Extra cots are available for rent from the beach club at an additional fee, providing flexibility for accommodating larger groups.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
