Ready to experience vacation perfection? Villa Arrecife 59 is the Punta Cana property you have been dreaming of. Surrounded by Palm trees dancing in the ocean breezes, this palatial 7-bedroom villa can house up to 14 guests, and children are always welcome.
Located within the Punta Cana Resort, you get the best of both worlds: all the amenities of resort living and the feeling of a private villa. You will feel secure behind the gates of the resort, and you will have full access to everything it has to offer including a spa, world-renowned golf course, and tennis courts. Plus, the nightlife scene is not too far away if you need entertainment in the evenings.
The seven bedrooms are spread between the main and the guest house. In total, there are 4 king-sized beds, 5 queen-sized beds, and three single beds to keep everyone in comfort.
The outdoor area includes a huge pool surrounded by creamy colored marble with plenty of sunbathing chairs. The covered pavilion has space for dining al fresco, plus there is a veranda sweeping the entire back of the home and a balcony overlooking the pool.
Indoors, you will love the open floor plan and all of the plush seating. The neutral tones are supplemented with Caribbean blues and pops of gold and salmon. The indoor dining table has seating for fourteen when you want to get everyone together for a communal meal. The gourmet kitchen has double cooktops and ovens so you can prepare a meal to feed the entire party with ease. When you need a break from the glorious Punta Cana blue skies, head to the media room where you will find everything you need to be entertained for hours.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, US$1000.00 is forfeited. Cancellation within 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all reservations between Dec 18 - Jan 10, Easter week, Thanksgiving week and Presidents' Day week are 100% non-refundable.

- Holiday Minimum Length of Stay- The villa will accept a 7 night stay over Christmas with a December 26th departure. For stays over New Years eve, the villa may require a 12-14 night minimum. If Christmas week has been reserved then the villa will accept a 7 night stay over New Years. If traveling within 90 days, please contact us for waivers.
- Holiday/Festive Booking Condition: 50% deposit required. Balance due by September 1st.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
