A spacious, four-bedroom property, it uses a wonderful array of terraces and porches to really maximize the setting and the views. You detect this immediately as you step out to the pool terrace. It features an infinity-edge pool that is wrapped on both sides by roomy, rounded porches. One is a full sun deck with an array of sun beds and loungers. The other porch provides the perfect setting for the large Jacuzzi tub.
The entire pool terrace backs up against a long portico. Beneath its canopied shade, guests can spend many long hours lounging at the al fresco dining table or small lounging niches. Alternately, they can step inside the great room to relax as well. This is a unique space and is furnished in a bold black and white palette. It features a large living room area with entertainment system, a formal dining spot, and it opens into the kitchen.
The kitchen is a modern space done in a pure white palette and offering marble countertops, a breakfast bar, and the very latest appliances. Because it opens to the views, you never miss a moment of that stunning scenery, even as you make meals or drinks.
Three of the four bedrooms open to the terrace area as well. All of them are elegantly furnished, queen suites with canopies of mosquito netting, sitting areas, and large private baths. The fourth bedroom features garden views and a bath.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of US$10000 and receive a complimentary rental car.
A Kia Picanto is provided with an option to upgrade the car model for an additional charge.
Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. The guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay. Upon villa confirmation, a redeemable promo code will be sent to the guest.
