Housekeeping staff – 2 housekeepers, Tina -7 days a week and she is assisted by Sharon, 3 days a week -8.30am to 3.00pm
Private Chef – 7 days a week – 11am to 7pm – housekeeper is available to cook breakfast as required. A private chef is [included] in the cost of the rental and can serve lunch and dinners as required. Menus can be arranged in advance and the appropriate fresh foods obtained from local markets by the chef. The cost of food (with a 15% service charge) is chargeable to the guests.
Three full time gardeners. One handyman (Nicky) resides in the staff quarters. A 10 foot high shadow wall runs the entire circumference of the property and is complete with an electric gate.
