Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of $3000 and receive a complimentary rental car.
A Hyundai I10 is provided. Complimentary vehicle delivery to the villa is included.
Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay.
Rental car can be upgraded for an additional charge.
For new bookings the manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows:
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy applies under the following conditions:
~ New dates must be approved by the owner.
~ New dates can only be booked on the same property.
~ Christmas and New Years week, president's week, and Easter week are not available
~ There will be no partial refund if there is a difference in the rate if booked in the Low Season.
~ There will be a rate adjustment if there is a difference in the rate if booked in the High Season
~ A 7-night minimum stay will be required for High Season 2021/22
~ The relaxed cancellation policy does not apply in case of force majeure
If a client is booked to stay on the French side but he or she is landing in St. Maarten then they are eligible for a credit or a cancellation. However, if a client is booked to stay in a St. Maarten property then they are not automatically eligible for cancellation. They are eligible if the booking was made prior to the closure of the border. If the booking is made with the knowledge of the border closure and they can access the property then they are not automatically eligible for a credit or a cancellation.
Covid-19 extenuating circumstances:
~ Death of the leading guest and additional guests due to Covid-19. You will be required to provide one of the following,
• Death certificate
• News article naming the deceased
• Police report
~ Transportation disruptions that make it impossible to travel to your destination. This includes travel disruptions caused by natural disasters that make it impossible to reach the property. You’ll be asked to provide documentation from the airline that the flight was canceled and supporting documentation confirming that it's not possible to travel to your destination.
~Travel restrictions imposed by a government, law enforcement agency, or military that restrict travel to the destination.

Villa and decor were stunning!! Amazing place and location! Would come back in a heartbeat. Only negative was upstairs shower never had hot water and water leaked everywhere. But honestly would give this place a 4.8/5 . Customer service was great.
The villa was great with the exception of the Master shower. The water ran out onto the wood in the bathroom floor. This was stressful in the sense that I was worried about what it was doing to the wood! Everyone we came into contact was terrific. I think your customer service was amazing. Your response time was excellent any time I reached out. For restaurants, I recommend Avantika in Simpson Bay was great Thai! Bamboo was great Sushi in Maho!
Kontiki Beach at Orient was the best thing we did.
Villa is beautiful and comfortable. Loved the bathtub the most. Only issue was no Cable TV in bedroom.
The condo and the Blue mall Building is a great place with great staff.
