However, this five-bedroom ultra-luxury villa provides guests with far more than just heart stopping scenery. The centerpiece of this villa is the 66-foot long, triple infinity edged pool that seems to bring together the sea and the sky. The enormous terrace is styled in the same manner as the finest resorts and features a cabana, bar, high end sound system, and non-stop scenery. The main terrace faces eastward for never-ending views, but a separate westward facing terrace ensures impressive sunset views too.
Against this backdrop is the resort-style villa that offers three levels of luxury living. The uppermost floor is reserved as the penthouse suite; the main floor features two bedrooms (each with a private bath) along with the terrace and kitchen; and the "casita" on the ground floor features two other bedrooms along with another private sitting area and kitchen.
The main level, professional kitchen would satisfy even a world class chef. There is a 60" Viking range, a 136-bottle wine vault, a pizza oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and three ovens among other features.
The master bedroom is a retreat on its own. Its massive spa-style, en suite bathroom has a five by ten foot double shower and impressive views of the surrounding scenery. There is a mezzanine area to serve as an office or sitting area, and a private terrace. With its casual decor and floor plans meant for entertaining and relaxation it is the ideal get away among St Martin Villas.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa can be rented for a 24 hour period. Rates are as follows.
High Season Event Fee (January 6th to April 14th): $5000
Low Season Event Fee (April 15th to December 16th): $5000
Refundable security deposit: $3000
*If the guest is renting the villa for a weekly stay, the event fee is reduced by 50%.
Terms and conditions:
All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to an 8% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa for a 24 hour period for the function set up, the event itself and the clean up afterwards. They also include the services of the villa staff and all utilities (electricity, water, gas).
Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. It is the responsibility of the guests and their event planner to arrange to have furniture removed, stored and returned to enable the event to take place at the villa.
