Beach Enclave at North Shore Beach Turks & Caicos. Sitting along North Shore Beach on the island of Providenciales within Turks & Caicos, Beach Enclave at North Shore offers a truly rare opportunity for privacy, Caribbean living, and that hard to find blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Ranging from four to five bedrooms, the airy and luxurious villas are the perfect spot for a family retreat, intimate event, or group getaway.

Resting on its own ten acre, gated landscape, the villas offer you non-stop access to the scenery and the coveted trade winds that are a perfect match to the airy palette and open design of the villas. Though part of a group, the beachfront villas have their own large pool terrace with covered portico, dining area, lounge and private beach path. Your villa is staffed with a butler and cook, allowing you to enjoy your downtime to the utmost.

The shared living spaces include a number of lounges indoors and out, there is a formal dining room, and a lovely contemporary kitchen that opens directly to the al fresco dining and barbecue area.

The bedrooms have been located to optimize the views and yet retain the utmost in privacy. The beachfront villas range from 4 or 5 bedroom villas. The 4 bedroom villas are on one level while the five bedroom villas have two stories of luxury villa. Each of the villas have three master bedroom suites with king beds and direct access to a terrace. They all have ensuite baths, and each features both indoor and outdoor showers. The remaining bedrooms include a king sized suite with ocean views and private bath along with a double offering ensuite bath and ocean views.

We stayed here in late December 2017. We had a villa right on the beach with our very own SPECTACULAR chef that was so wonderful. We went on Island Vibes Excursions and snorkeled and saw stingrays and sharks and beautiful fish in crystal clear water. An absolute trip of a lifetime!

What a week we had... this place is one of the only villas I have stayed in that actually looks exactly like all the promotional pictures! It is so beautiful- clean, new and decorated perfectly. There was plenty of space for my teenagers to get space and all electronics worked perfectly. The outdoor shower facing the ocean was my most favorite amenity!

The beach is very accessible and for most of the time there- the water was calm and perfect. There is a good length of beach in either direction for walks everyday. We used the paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear and really enjoyed the beach every day. All beach equipment was in great shape and seemed very new. My son enjoyed paddling over to a "secret beach" and swimming in the even calmer waters. The snorkeling just outside the house was so great and even in pretty shallow waters - it was like a personal aquarium! My brother in law, an avid snorkeler- was able to swim out further towards the reef and had an amazing underwater show. . Another perk of this gorgeous stretch of property is that we saw MAYBE five people the entire time we were there. The spot is very private and quiet- with just the houses there using the beach, and the oceanfront villas have a private beach spot directly in front that was raked daily (although there was very little seaweed), equipment set up for the day, and beach chairs for use.

My family took advantage of the gym on the property daily and a few of them did the daily yoga during the week and really enjoyed the instructor and looking at the ocean while you get a work out! The pool was clean, inviting and warmed up whenever we needed it to be.

The daily service included was great- Jason was a perfect help in keeping the villa in shape, making our reservations, giving us information, coordinating our chef meals and basically taking great care of us all week! Anything we needed or wanted was taken care of. One of the best parts of this trip was being able to have a hotel like experience when we wanted in a large, beautiful house.

My stay at Beach Enclave was absolutely wonderful. The villa was amazingly clean, and had an amazing view right on the beach. And the beach itself was just incredible, warm waters and soft, white sand. Nuwan and Marie were our main butlers, and did a fantastic job at that. They were incredibly accommodating and so sweet. I would rate by trip a 11/10 if I could! Highly recommend for a personalized, intimate experience!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Every penny spent on this property is worth it. We had the most amazing experience here. The staff was beyond exceptional, the view beyond our wildest dreams, and the overall island feel exactly what we wanted. We went right after hurricane Irma but this little place didn't skip a beat and made this vacation one of the best of my life. I can't wait to go back!!!!

Turks and Caicos, and in particular Beach Enclave, was one of our best vacations. I would return in a heartbeat. If what you want is pure relaxation, access to sandy beaches and a clear blue ocean, a pool outside your living room and top amenities, this is the place to go. We also had a wonderful cook, Jose, who would make anything we wanted. This wasn't so simple, since we had one vegetarian, one carnivore only, and people who are fussy in other dimensions. His response was no problem, and he always had something for everyone. Nuan was the butler and made life amazingly wonderful and simple. Isabelle helped both of them make everything smooth, clean and reliable. We were so happy and you will be as well.

We went to Turks in Caicos in July with a total of 8 people ranging from 6-69. We stayed in villa 2 and it was absolutely amazing! It was perfectly appointed, extremely clean but also felt very relaxed. The pool and beach area were most used by our crew and we thoroughly enjoyed them! The staff was EXTREMELY helpful in the days and weeks leading up to our trip and stocked groceries requested, many answered questions and even helped arrange spa staff to come to the villa for in house treatments. The highlight of the trip was our butler, Nuwan. I can't express the level of care he gave to our family. We truly didn't need to ask for a thing. He anticipated what we needed.....sometimes before we even knew we needed it! He truly felt like part of our family by the time we left. He even arranged a campfire on the beach (firepit) and got the kids items for s'mores for our last night. He was a most amazing chef, talented artist and all around wonderful person. I ha e never received such great service and don't know how it could ever be matched. You will truly feel "cared" for ! Our family travels quite often and although the world is a big place with many locations to be discovered, we can't wait to one day return !

Common Questions

Do we share the villa? click to close

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Are we protected from fraud? click to open

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.

Can you explain the reservation process? click to open

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

Can we arrange a late check out? click to open

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

Are transfers to the property included? click to open

Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.

What to expect upon arrival? click to open

In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.

A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
