Villa Aqua Pulchra, Turks and Caicos, Chalk Sound. Villa Aqua Pulchra is located on the gorgeous blue waters of Chalk Sound National Park. It is a private waterfront vacation home that promises tranquility alongside modern amenities and contemporary furnishings. The villa has four bedrooms, a large infinity-edge pool, and stunning views of the water.

While staying in the villa, guests will enjoy bedrooms that all offer ocean views. It provides a welcoming ambiance and acts as a private abode for friends and family members who want to experience all that Turks and Caicos has to offer. The property is made to accommodate up to eight people and is only steps away from the dock and the water.

Privacy is assured through the use of electric gates. The villa has parking available and is fenced off on three sides with a waterfront on the final side. It is spaced out over two floors with laundry and the garage on the bottom and bedrooms and living space above. Steps and an elevator connect the two areas.

Each of the bedrooms has a door that opens to a patio with water views. The central part of the home has an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with views of the cays. The bedrooms and bathrooms are down two different wings, with the living area in the middle. This makes it an excellent choice for two couples or families who want some privacy.

The living area at Villa Aqua Pulchra has a media room with a 42-inch television, a Bose sound system, and wireless Internet access. A library is in one wing of the house for relaxing and reading while enjoying the islands. Each of the bathrooms comes with a shower and vanity, while the master also has a tub.

Three patios are provided in the home to sunbathe, dine, or relax. A seating area is located by the pool, as well as dining for up to eight next to a barbeque grill. The villa also has easy access to the water where you can snorkel, swim, or engage in watersports.

We are a group of 2 families involving 7 adults and 3 small children and we really enjoy the stay in this villa. The view is breathtaking and it's so enjoyable to be able to see the beautiful chalk sound every day you open your eyes. Our children especially love to see airplanes landing from the backyard across chalk sound. The villa is very clean with plenty of beautiful decorations as well as beautiful plants & flowers around. We end up spending most time in the villa as it's so relaxing. Swimming pool is awesome as it's big enough for me to use it for exercise purpose. Also the property manager Julian is very helpful, he's able to respond to our needs & questions quickly which is one big factor why our stay is so great!

We have just returned from a 6 day trip to this fabulous island and extraordinary home located on Chalk Sound. The house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! Our family enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area to the fullest extent! Having the Sonos system was a plus as music can be enjoyed at the pool area and down on the dock. We would recommend bug spray as the mosquitos could be annoying when the wind was not blowing, which was rare. Having beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards and pool floats were an added bonus that provided us with lots of fun, We rented cars so that we could experience the whole island. Eating meals out was nice, (da Conch Shack is a must!) but everyone enjoyed cooking and eating in just as much. Graceway IGA is not very far and was well stocked! Sunny's and Food World also were close by for anything needed in bulk. The kitchen was very well stocked and the grill a huge bonus! We chartered a fishing trip with Island Roots and loved our Captain, Shawn! Sapodilla Bay Beach is very close to the house and has jet ski rentals and tubing rentals along with local beach bar tents during the day. Overall, we enjoyed each day and can't wait until we can return to this paradise!

Loved this home - all the little things made this trip perfect. Beautiful views to enjoy and gorgeous weather. Anything we could have possibly needed was available and more. Would stay here again. Very quiet area.

Our party of 8 fell in love with Aqua Pulchra. The floor plan worked great, the home is well-appointed and the views are spectacular. It was as if we had Chalk Sound all to ourselves. It is quiet and away from it all, but it's not far to drive anywhere you may want to go. We ended up going out less than planned because we enjoyed staying on our home in paradise.

Common Questions

Do we share the villa? click to close

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Are we protected from fraud? click to open

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.

Can you explain the reservation process? click to open

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

Can we arrange a late check out? click to open

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

Are transfers to the property included? click to open

Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.

What to expect upon arrival? click to open

In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

What is the cancellation policy? click to open

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.

Is housekeeping included? click to open

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Are towels and linens provided? click to open

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.

Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open

A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

Is a hair dryer available? click to open

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Is an iron included? click to open

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.
