The villa is located on an expansive lot that measures 10,200 square feet so many guests can find everything they want without ever leaving. The interior of the villa is a spacious 6,700 square feet so even a large family or group of friends will find plenty of room to socialize or enjoy quiet time in solitude, depending on their wants and needs. This villa also comes with a bevy of staff including housekeeping each day of the week, a pool maintenance person, and a gardener to keep the grounds looking exceptional.
BE Grace One is a beachfront villa that includes many extravagant living areas. There is an oversized great room inside for spending evenings together with loved ones, as well as enormous outdoor and indoor dining areas so guests can eat inside or under the sun or stars. It also comes with two master suites that are fully equipped with all the best amenities for a Caribbean vacation.
One master suite is on the ground floor and comes equipped with access to a covered deck, a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a walk-in closet. The other room on the ground floor is the garden suite, which also includes an ensuite bathroom and a king bed.
The other three bedrooms are upstairs and feature lovely décor. The master has a king bed, access to another deck, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. A second room also has a king bed and private bathroom, while the last room is ideal for kids and comes with a private bathroom and two single beds.
There is no lack of amenities when staying at BE Grace One Villa. The entire home is air-conditioned and includes items like flatscreen televisions in every bedroom, items for watersports adventures, and a gourmet kitchen for making delicious snacks and meals. Outside, guests can make use of a summer kitchen and a fire pit, spend time in the infinity pool, and take in the beautiful views.
