This villa spans 4,408 square feet, while the lot size is over 6,300 square feet with tons of grounds to enjoy on a vacation. It’s located in one of the best parts of the neighborhood with beautiful views that are impossible to ignore. Guests can genuinely enjoy themselves, both indoors and outside, since the villa also comes with attentive staff to enhance their stay. The property manager is on-call, while the pool maintenance workers and gardeners make sure everything outside is in perfect order.
As far as the interior of BE Grace Five Villa goes, a housekeeper will stop in every day of the week to keep things clean and neat. Each of the bedrooms at this villa is spacious and comes with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. There is a single bedroom on the ground floor which is one of the two master suites available. It has a king bed, access to a covered deck, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower, tub, and double vanity.
All of the other bedrooms are upstairs with impressive views of the surrounding areas. The second master has all the same amenities as the first and is sure to provide a good night’s sleep. Another bedroom on this level has a king bed, while the last room to get some rest has two single beds and works well for younger visitors to Turks & Caicos.
The entire villa is air-conditioned and offers views of the sea. It includes extras like an alfresco dining area, kayaks and paddleboards, an outdoor grill, and a fire pit. Guests are sure to find all sorts of excitement, whether spending time indoors or out. Individuals staying at BE Grave Five also have access to community amenities including a fitness center.
