The ground floor is home to two of the villa's three bedrooms, an office space with a comfortable chaise lounge sleeper, a living room with a sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV, as well as a spiral staircase that leads to the second floor. The first bedroom features two single beds, charming built-in shelving, a dedicated split unit AC, and ample storage space. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a spacious closet, and a dedicated split unit AC. These ground-floor bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor patio overlooks the expansive landscape of lush tropical plants and vegetation, inviting guests to relax in the outdoor hammocks just outside the office space.

Ascend the spiral staircase to reach the spacious open-concept living area and kitchen on the second floor.
